BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS Booking regulations - Bookings can be made by e-mail or by telephone.
- On making a booking, you will receive a booking number. Please quote this number when making any payments or if you amend your booking.
- Bookings should be made in the name of the person or company who will be making the payment.
- Your booking will be confirmed on payment of the agreed deposit. By paying the deposit and proceeding with the booking, the person making the booking confirms his/her acceptance of the conditions set out in these regulations.
- Payment should be made within 7 days of making the booking or by the date previously agreed.
- Failure to pay the deposit by the agreed date will automatically result in cancellation of the booking.
- Should you cancel your booking or alter the dates of your stay for any reason beyond the control of Malinowa Chata your deposit will not be refunded.
- In the case of a pre-paid booking, failure of the guest to arrive by 6.00 a.m. on the following day (arrival on second day) will be treated as cancellation of the booking and unless agreed otherwise, the room may be let to another guest.
- In the case of a booking made without pre-payment, failure of the guest to arrive by 6.00 p.m. (18.00) on the planned day of arrival will be treated as cancellation of the booking and unless agreed otherwise, the room may be let to another guest.
